What to Expect

This is a live, 30-minute guided meditation held each Wednesday.

We begin with a brief arrival, followed by a guided sit, and a quiet close.

No experience is required. Cameras are optional. You don’t need to prepare anything or be in a particular state of mind.

You’re welcome to join whenever it fits your schedule. Come once, or come regularly.
